John Cavazos – Vice President

John Cavazos brings more than 15 years of experience at Longhorn Excavators to his role as Vice President. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a strong experiential background in homebuilding, John started with Longhorn as superintendent and advanced through the organization on the strength of his operational expertise. Mid-tenure, he stepped away to run his own home construction company, an experience which broadened his perspective as an operator. He then returned to Longhorn leadership, where his organization, optimism, and strong sense of service all lend themselves to excellence in project planning and execution.
