We have provided comprehensive civil construction services for multiple subdivision plats within the Sienna master-planned community in Missouri City, Texas — a flagship development by Johnson Development spanning over 10,000 acres and planned for more than 16,500 homes with extensive recreational, educational, and mixed-use amenities. Our scope of work included precision excavation and placement of engineered fill across various lots, supporting both on-road and off-road haul logistics to meet project schedules and site requirements. We executed critical earthwork operations, ensuring engineered fill compliance for infrastructure and future structural support, including specialized fill construction for an overpass alignment. Additionally, we performed stormwater and drainage integration, tying into the existing Brazos River ditch network to satisfy site drainage design standards and community infrastructure needs. Our work supported the development of robust foundation platforms and roadway corridors essential to the continued build-out of this significant planned community.
